We use Appstle Subscriptions and have had an excellent experience. When looking to migrate to a new rewards program from Smile, we found Appstle Loyalty and Rewards. Knowing that we'd receive the same level of superb customer support, it was a no brainer to us which program to choose. They quickly respond to our questions and go above and beyond to find solutions to any issues that arise. The migration process was so simple and required little to no effort on my part. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!

UPDATE: I have been using the app for a few months now and I must say it has been a pleasant experience. I had a few questions today and Peter responded in a timely manner and helped to address the questions and provide excellent customer support! Again if you are choosing which loyalty app to use, look no further than Appstle Loyalty!

Great app for free, the few things that I suggested to make it better the team got back to me quick and if they also liked it added it within 24 hours it seems. Once my store gains traction I will upgrade to the starter pack to support them.

Kate's help this evening was incredible, I've never used an app with such amazing customer service, nothing is too much for them and they always know exactly what you're trying to say, even when I can't quite articulate it properly :)
