Appstle Loyalty Reward Program

Have been using the app since some time. The features are great. It had been good till we found an issue with the discount codes. The app applies the discount code on product level and our checkout app considers it as a custom discount. Due to which the code does not get read and shows unused. We have contacted appstle team but there response time is very slow. Hoping this sorts out or else have ...

After exploring and working on several Loyalty platforms, I found Appstle to be the leader having most bang for the buck given the available features. Support is excellent as well!

I needed an extra feature, as I m using their subscription app too, and they added it for free. I really appreciated their assistance.

I've been with them for a while now. If you are even slightly tech savvy, you'll get it. They are clearly growing and improving. So far, so good. Will update if necessary. Though completely reasonable/feasible for what is offered. Their communications have also improved immensely when it comes to customer service visual help. They create videos to walk you through it, instead of a bunch of typing ...

Very happy with this app. I installed it when it first started out. The features were solid then, but it wasn't perfect. Overtime they have made lots of improvements in terms of performance but also richer features and improved email templates. This is a proper product company that takes on customer feedback. The support team are also very responsive and helpful.

I needed an app for my POS loyalty points, and I can say Appstle is a great app for it, and they have a great support. Also, thanks to Mona for her great help with my questions while migrating to this new app ;)
