This app works exceptionally well. There is a small learning curve but well worth the trouble. I was helped by Sam recently with an issue with a customers account and not only did he sort that out but noticed another issue unprompted and offered to fix that as well before sending me on my way.

Since the billing cycle issue was fixed everything has been pretty smooth operating. Customer service has always been helpful also, which is important!

I was initially overwhelmed setting up my membership program as there are quite a few moving parts between Shopify and Appstle. However, once I contacted support, Sam was absolutely outstanding. He patiently worked through every issue with me, identified configuration problems, fixed syncing issues from his end, and stayed with me until my membership checkout was working correctly.
The support team genuinely knows the product and doesn't give up until it's resolved. If you're creating memberships for the first time, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to their support team—they made what felt impossible become manageable. It is easy to learn and easy to use! I have only had to contact their customer service once and they were quick to respond through chat and very helpful. I am still a very small business so I cannot speak for a business that says hundreds or thousands of members, but for me it has been great!

Selling digital documents through a membership program on Shopify isn't nearly as simple as it sounds. I wanted a system that made it easy for customers to join, browse hundreds of digital resources, and download what they needed without frustration. Finding a solution that handled all of that well was much harder than I expected.

From the first conversation, the Appstle Memberships team has been exceptional. Every technician I've worked with has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me succeed. It wasn't just one great support experience; it has been every single person I've talked to.

What impressed me most is that they don't just answer questions. They help solve problems. I always get good help when I ask for it. I also have really enjoyed the membership feature. It is great for us as a direct primary care clinic to have this integrated with our Shopify platform to have all our billing in one place.
