Great customer service, they're really helpful when you need to fix something and don't understand how. They've also helped me customize the app to be how I need it to work in certain scenarios. Been using this for a year

When the App works correctly, it's great! The customer service team is prompt in replying to questions or queries. And the app is a great way to automate the subscription process through Shopify. However.....
In the last 6 months we have numerous issues with subscriptions failing, changes being made in the back end of the system without our knowledge resulting in customers being over charged (More than 30+ subscriptions for the 2nd year in a row), renewal prices being changed, product type mysteriously changing to physical instead of digital. The response from support team has been varied. Often resulting in us waiting days as they discuss with developers to solve issues.
I don't know if I would reccomend this app.
This app has been really great for growing our business online. The team is available to assist with any questions 24/7 with great response time and they include a video of how they fix your issue, so that you can learn for the future. Very great support team!!

We have been using Appstle for almost a year now.
Overall, we are satisfied as the app does its job reliably and it was easy to setup. Throughout the year, there have been small bugs every now and then but when we reached out to their support their responses were quick and efficient for solving any issues that arose.
One negative point is that the app fees are based on the memberships total count and not the current number of active memberships which makes it more complicated to compute the cost per membership.
We witnessed that the app continues to integrate new features based on a voting system between merchants that use the app which is nice because we feel like our needs can be heard. To conclude, we would say that the positives largely outweigh the negatives and this is a great choice for your business.

Hussain was super helpful and took great patience to deal with issues setting up my membership plan. I've used other membership apps before which could not meet my requirements. Appstle Membership app is fantastic and I would recommend anyone with memberships on their site to use this app!

Chat for support was great, each time I needed help. It was available 24/7, and they always helped answer all my questions, as well as troubleshoot my issues. I was easily able to get things fixed quickly, and appreciated that I didn't have to wait for an email reply the next day or so, like I have to with another app we use.

I had proxy issues on my customer portal and had reached out to the support chat. Uri who promptly answered, assisted me and took care of all the issues I had going on with my app to my website. Amazing customer service and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Some stuff he did for me on his end, especially I am not very familiar with CSS coding. Can't wait in continuing business with this service :)

I really like the app and the customer service. My one complaint would be that on the perks and plans, the edit membership items say "Limit Access To Specific Page" and that is really frustrating because I have to open each to try to figure out what page it belongs to
Their customer service has been awesome. I've had questions while setting up our membership program and it's great having them to lean on.
