The customer service for this app is INCREDIBLE! The install was easy, the dashboard is clear, and anything I have needed help on - I've been able to reach out to customer service and they've helped straight away. Highly recommend this app!

I needed something simple that was not crazy hard or insanely expensive. Appstle did just that. I needed help with 1 code and they were right on it for me through their chat. I have been struggling with other apps all week and I wish I had looked at them in the beginning. Now I can actually start marketing. Thanks you for the great app and amazing customer service.

Highly recommend this App for anyone looking to add Memberships to their store. Not only do the memberships work well but the support from the staff has been excellent. Appstle, has been incredible. The membership platform has allowed me to monetize my subscriptions, and to open up new avenues with my business in a way that I could not have imagined. Appstle is incredibly easy to learn, and anything that I have struggled with (I'm not at all tech savvy), their 24/7 chat made the process that much easier. Not only did they plug the right information in the correct fields, they taught me how to do so that I could manage in the future.

I am working on creating a membership option and this app has really blown me away with their options and how seamlessly it integrates into my store. Nandita helped me with a member portal issue in under 10 minutes. Which is always amazing! Looking forward to continuing on in my membership journey with them.

So far so good...the support is very good. They are very responsive and appear to be available at any hours of the day. We already have the Appstle Subscriptions app, but we have found that as a CPG product business customers will order a subscription item, but if they are not using it fast enough they cancel the subscriptions. We are updating our strategy and the memberships app is perfect for our new offering.

I had a couple of hiccups with this app, but their tech support has been amazing. Once it's all setup, it's quick to use and easy to get around. If I have any questions, the support team is there in moments and very helpful.

Their support is amazing, even when I'm getting set up and using the free plan.

The customer service is incredible. I am by no means a shopify pro. They are extremely helpful in walking you through step by step and the response time is unmatched out of any company I have ever seen. The integrations were exactly what I needed especially with the integration with zapier. It opens infinite ideas that were otherwise impossible for me!
