I just install the app and I'm loving it. Its easy and intuitive to create offers. Clear interface and awesome support in case you have some specific needs.
I can't reach my admin dashboard in any browser. I contacted them and was told that it would be fixed next month. Black Friday is right around the corner and I need to create different campaigns but I can't do it.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I believe there is a misunderstanding, the issue was resolved in a matter of days not months. It was a cookie issue on some browsers however the post-checkout functioned properly.
As the app requires different access scopes please update it and everything should be fine.

Great app! Does exactly what I needed it to do.
The support team are doing excellent job and helped me instantly with translation and other technical aspects I needed for my website.
