It was a little confusing at first with the single page survey and email template setup but the documentation is good. Once I got the hang of it it's a great app.

This app is fantastic—user-friendly with outstanding support. We’ve been using it across multiple markets, and it works well. The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually.
