Tienen muy buena atencion!! En esta ocasión me atendio Enorilis, la cual fue muy amable. Siempre que tengas un problema o duda van a solucionartelo enseguida, por lo menos esa es mi experiencia.
Rapido y eficaz
La conexión con Amazon no funciona, soporte no tiene capacidad para resolver dudas técnicas. Más de 20 días y no pueden dar solución.
Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes que has tenido con la conexión a Amazon. El problema que mencionas está relacionado con un cambio reciente en las políticas de rate-limit de Amazon, y la única solución es que el usuario solicite el cambio de ciertos parámetros directamente en su cuenta de Amazon.
