Attentive has been a strong partner for our SMS marketing for several years. The platform makes it easy to launch campaigns, manage automations and quickly create segments for strategic targeting. Their support team is super responsive and knowledgeable, which has been a huge plus whenever we need quick guidance. The reporting tools provide solid insights into performance, though there's some room for improvement in customization and deeper data visibility. Overall, Attentive has helped us grow our email & SMS lists, increase engagement, and drive measurable revenue.

We switched to Attentive in April and have been really happy with the platform so far. The tech team has been fantastic—super knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in getting us set up and optimizing our account. We’ve especially loved the flexibility and capabilities within Journeys and the robust testing options, which have allowed us to better personalize and refine our SMS strategy. Overall, it’s been a smooth transition and a big step up for our marketing program.

As a platform it has been excellent in executing our marketing messages out to users. It also has robust segmentation possibilities and provides quality reports/data for us to review. One fall back is the integration segmentations can have issues.
