Honestly, we tried a couple AI chat tools before this and they mostly just sat there until someone typed something. We sell walking pads and massagers ranging from about $120 to $440, and the spot where people get stuck is bouncing between products. They'll look at a massager, then a walking pad, then just close the tab. First week after installing AuraConnect, I didn't really notice much. Around day 10 or so it started showing up. You could see in the dashboard it was stepping in when someone was hesitating, and it didn't feel like a pushy popup, more like it was just there at the right time.
