Sibi Helped out with all the settings, and directed me on customised boxes and shipping. Support was simple and effective zoom.
Amazing customer service. So patient and manages to answer all questions. Even works remotely to make sure you're set up properly. Generating the labels is easy and straight forward.

This app doesn't work with Australia Post MyPost Business. It's taken 2 days to get to the bottom of the problem, due to the unfortunate and limited support from the team.
