Customer interaction is snappy and fast on the emails, longest I ever waited was about 12 hours (Sunday LOL). Great app for businesses needing to automate their purchase orders. Make sure to grab their API subscription so you can completely remove the human entirely from this process, and make it even MORE automated. Great app and functionality.

The app is incredible and saves hours of time for my stores, we recently installed it on a new store and came across an issue where we could not generate multiple PO's for a product with custom and shopify products mixed- issued a support ticket and their team came back telling me that they were already working on it and enabled a BETA feature on my account which solved the challenge instantly- bravo for making support great again!!
