Auto Schedule has been a great addition to our workflow. Claudia’s support has been consistently excellent, quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. The new CSV import tool is exactly the kind of improvement merchants appreciate. It makes setting up scheduled promotions in bulk so much faster, especially when planning discounts or product drops ahead of time!

What stands out is how responsive the team is. They listen to real merchant pain points and ship features that actually solve them. The automation works reliably; scheduled discounts, publish/unpublish tags, and timed changes all run without babysitting.

If you’re looking to automate sales, discounts, and other timed updates without staying up past midnight, this app does the job really well. Highly recommended.

Easy to set up and figure out how to use. I would have liked to be able to have a countdown for just setting up a product to unpublish, however the end date has to be entered in order to use this feature - They were really helpful and explained a work around for this, and this app is going to make things a lot easier going forward!

This app suits our needs. All we need is to set a start and end date for a discount on a single product. This app suits us perfectly!

Has made automating launches/closures a breeze. For smaller stores, this is a five star app. For larger stores, it could be improved with a search feature for the schedules - if you manage a large number of projects like us, it can be difficult to navigate.
EDIT: (July 6 2023) The team has added a search feature that solves the issue entirely, so I have updated this to five stars! I can wholeheartedly recommend this app for stores of all sizes!!

JD Auto Schedule is a great tool to utilize when needing to create custom hours for item availability for your Shopify Store. Their support team is very helpful and willing to work on changes to improve functionality. I got a response within the hour and was able to coordinate a meeting to receive guidance on how to optimize my online store. Jamie's a great lad. Thanks
