Once I got the hang of how to work the app MY CUSTOMERS and I love the features of subscriptions. The customer service is EXCELLENT also.

We wanted to get subscriptions running asap with little experience. Installed the app.Dint work initially. Asked for support and was looked after very well. They got it all working for us in no time with clear communication al the way.

Clarie was very helpful and even pointed out things I was not seeing on getting my subscriptions set up. It was great working with her. I would recommend the app make it easier for discounts to be used at anytime for current customers, or just for new customers and not affect the price used by current customers.

We use this app for our subscription products. There was some trouble with the incorrect plans being listed and we couldn't remove them. We contacted help support and it took a little time but the issue got sorted out within a week.

There have been some bugs that we've had to work through but the response on email and chat is almost immediate and they are super nice and helpful. They have been happy to get their developers involved to help work through issues.

Estoy muy contenta con esta App! Creo que he probado todas las Apps de suscripciones de Shopify y esta ha sido la que más me ha gustado.

Eso sí, debo felicitar sobretodo al equipo de soporte. Hay un chat en vivo en la App que te permité hablar con una agente del soporte. Son muy amables, rápidos, y eficientes. Estoy muy contenta de como esta quedando todo, lo recomiendo!

Unfortunately, part of the code was not deleted when I uninstalled the app and this is now causing big problems with the other apps.

I uninstalled the app as I have found one which suits better to my needs.

I really hope your support can fix my problem. I have sent an email to your support.

I used this app to make a subscription for my Shopify business. I like how kind the customer service was (Nona was the person I had. She has TALENT.). I would like it more if it had different amounts the subscriber paid on different months.
