While looking for dropshipping tools, I came across AutoDS and have been building my Shopify store step by step. It’s a really useful app, and I’m hoping to make my first profit soon.
I also want to try using AutoDS UGC, but I keep running into account-related issues and can’t get past them. I would really appreciate your help.

THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND. WHEN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY. THEY CHARGE WAY MORE THAN ALIEEXPRESS!!

They can reply on this message to try to look good in front of new customers but they are ignoring me for days. Every time I start a new chat they say I can not start new case and they close it. Dont fall for these scammers!!

AutoDS has taken a huge workload off my shoulders. From syncing products to keeping prices and stock updated automatically, it handles the operational side of dropshipping smoothly. Order processing is fast and reliable, which has helped me run my store with far less stress. Thanks to AutoDS, I can spend more time improving my store and scaling my business instead of managing routine tasks.

My Experience with AutoDS:

I signed up for AutoDS expecting automated dropshipping fulfillment. Instead, I experienced complete platform failure on my very first order.

What Went Wrong:

Customer placed order on February 12, 2026
AutoDS accepted fulfillment request at 3:00 PM
For 4 days, absolutely nothing happened—no automation, no processing, no alerts
I had to contact support multiple times to find out why the order wasn't being fulfilled
Was told to deposit funds into my AutoDS wallet ($52.63) to process the order
Even after depositing funds, AutoDS still did not process the order automatically
Support finally instructed me to manually go to Walmart.com, purchase the product myself, enter shipping details, get tracking, and update the order manually in AutoDS
This is not automation. This is me doing all the work while paying AutoDS for nothing.

The Result:

I had to refund my customer after 4 days of delays
Canceled my AutoDS account immediately
Filed disputes with PayPal to recover my $52.63
Removed all AutoDS products from my store
Bottom Line:

If you're looking for automated dropshipping, AutoDS is not the solution. Their automation failed completely on my first order, support was unhelpful, and I was told to manually fulfill orders myself—which defeats the entire purpose of using a dropshipping platform.

Save your time and money. Use a more reliable platform like DSers, Zendrop, or Spocket instead.

Would I recommend AutoDS? Absolutely not.

Autods, is users friendly, easy to use.
Self explanatory, straight forward instructions.
The only down side, is it doesn't tell you how much it's going to cost you either weekly, monthly or yearly. It will be more professional to advice customers when and what to pay.

Scammers, charge you full annual price while on a 1 month trial.

There's not a single order that was placed today on my account here with auto DS that has gone through, this has never happened before it has never taken longer than a few minutes to process. Now there's orders that have been stuck in there all day. I am not good with that. This needs to be immediately correct. There's something seriously wrong here if they sit in the order all day long this has never happened before.

I like auto DS a lot, but it is REALLY CONFUSING at first. especially if im a new person and trying to add products into my store, finding them is easy. but the amount of credits listed i'd really need to try and pay attention to. ESPECIALLY when you don't know what your doing and your just adding items in without a clear understanding of it. make it so that you can see your actual credits about how many products you can add in your store(make it visible) so a new person don't go and waste all their credits by deleting and adding products that could've made them make more money. overall this app is great, just a suggestion is all.
