The app doesn't have live chat at the moment but it uses ticket system which they reach you back via email very fast and it seems it works good.

Amazing amazing app! I advise anyone who starts dropshipping to use this app. I probebly tried 5-6 others and I like AutoDS the best!
It's easy to setup, but i just started. I'm not a tech savy guy but this app is easy to work with. No good concrete feedback yet
