Before I had the pleasure of connecting with Dorina, I must admit that my experience with AutoDS left me quite frustrated. After spending over a week attempting to find answers to my questions through the AutoDS chat, I reached a point where I was seriously contemplating leaving the platform. I actually expressed this sentiment in my response to one of their last emails (NB: I have the same problem with Shopify, but they do not have a Dorina to help me, so I may want to change platform if I do not figure out the answers to my questions on my own).
I believe that AutoDS still has some work to do in ironing out discrepancies and unnecessary complications within the program. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Dorina, to the extent that it convinced me to give AutoDS another try.
Dorina provided me with exceptional service. She has been patient with me, always available and willing to help me through Zoom meetings, despite the time difference between her and me. She managed to motivate me, and I am now filled with optimism about AutoDS’ potential.
Beyond her professional competence, Dorina exhibits a delightful blend of personability and sweetness that makes interactions with her a pleasure. She manages to be both approachable and highly professional simultaneously. In essence, Dorina has not only salvaged my confidence in AutoDS but has also become the cornerstone of my positive outlook on the platform's capabilities. Kudos to Dorina for her exceptional dedication and service! Seriously!

I was having some issues importing products but i believe it was because i did have activated my shopify store. I hope it is smooth sailing from here. so far I will recommend it. it sounds like this app can really help people.

I wanted to give them a try to see if I liked autods better than dsers. I dont. Terrible customer support. I used an affiliate link that was supposed to give me access to sourcing products through them and I have not Been able to get anything to source for about a week now. Their customer support is extremely slow to reply it feels like they are just waiting for my trial to end so they can charge me. When I finally got a reply through email, they stated they would look into it but then right after sent me another email stating they have closed my ticket and to contact them again if I ever need their help yet they never fixed my issue in the first place.
