If you want an app and a good support, this app is not the one, because I just got an issue with the app and I wrote for support but the first email answer me that I set up bad the app, I anwers again for help but after that I didn't get any response, Don't pay for this.
Hi, sorry for the delay, I was checking how the DCart app behaves alongside our app, with our app activated and deactivated. The issue is the same when our app doesn't run, it does fill the DCart discount field with %20 empty parameter (http://somup.com/crnfVho9bX). I've dropped an email to the DCart developers just now, hopefully they come back to me soon. My colleague will also try something in a few hours, when he's back at the office. We'll keep you posted via email.
I use Automatic Discount for permanent automatic discount codes for multiple item orders set up in 7 tiers. It works beautifully.
It's really helping our little business grow.
Also love the customisable Notification Bar that pops up in the cart.
Contact has been spot on also with a response within 7 minutes.

I used this app during Black Friday to set up some basic rules for applying discounts based on cart amounts, something Shopify cannot do natively. It's important to understand that app works as s set of triggers to apply discount codes that you create in Shopify, so you have to combine the trigger with how you setup the discount - for example, by setting minimum purchase amounts in the discount itself, etc., as well as defining it in the app rule. It can be a little tricky to get it all set up correctly, and you'll want to do test carts, etc to make sure it's doing what you want. We had a little trouble getting the discount to trigger even though the correct cart amount was reached. The app owner was super responsive and even installed some code during Black Friday to make sure it was working correctly. He also helped with some basic troubleshooting during our sale. My only suggestion would be to put some of the info I learned through direct support into the app documentation/help section - like the example of putting the minimum purchase amount in the discount as well as the app rule. I would definitely use the app for future sales now that I know more about how it works.

Fast support from developers, the app works great! I had some trouble understanding the difference between each type of promo and they explained me great.
Thanks for the app but I would like an app at least gives 7-free day trial for the whole functioning..
The function I want this app to achieve- I want to set up discount only for amount purchased.
For example, 2.5% off orders equal or above $250.00
10% off orders equal or above $900.00
etc
the thing is, the higher discount doesn't automatically apply or override the lower discount.
Then this is no sense for me.

Updated second day
Derek Morin from support@tabarnapp.com helped me out.
To override the smaller discount simply "put the discount rules not from the biggest amount/discount at top to the smallest at the bottom".
Now it is perfect and the app fits my need.

Counterintuitive and difficult to use. After being installed for some time I then noticed zero sales and investigated why. Source code fault on the APP. 1 week later still no resolution... Oh boy :(
UPDATE on 05/16/2019: We found the cause of the broken checkout. It was cause by the discount code name itself (15%_OFF_US_$100_OR_MORE). Special characters like % and $ and even underscore shouldn't be used in the coupon code name.

Hi Mark, thanks for the feedback. We sent a login request but it stayed "pending" for 5 days and then got rejected. The issues you faced was specific to your store, we couldn't reproduce this issue our our 3 dev stores. We actually tried many things to fix it our side, but it's almost impossible to reproduce the same store environment with the same apps, same scripts, same theme with the same customization. I apologize for the inconvenience it caused to your business, sincerely. If you want to give another shot to the app, on your live store or on a clone store with the same setup, let us know and we will work on it as long as it's fixed.
Basically the best support I've received, super helpful staff that fixed any issues that i couldnt resolve by myself.
Our company used this app to have multi level discounts based on dollar amount in cart - worked perfectly!
