I have received the best customer service ever. (Shout out to RG) I was having some problems with the automatic discount and I got a step by step help. They made a loom video so I can easily understand and visual see exactly what I needed to do. I've been on Shopify for 4 years and I wish all the other apps and developers were like this. We are using this app to get around the fact that Shopify won't let you set up more than one automatic discount at a time.
This provides an excellent solution to that little hurdle, and the set up was very intuitive. The whole app is very user friendly and has lots of great features we are excited to check out.
And last but not least...the customer service and help with onboarding is amazing.

Amazing plugin and customer service! We are probably using the plugin a little differently than most shops - we use it as a way to giveaway merch items during our live webinars. The plugin was working well for us except in one circumstance. We sent one inquiry to Tabarnapp and not only did Derek answer our question immediately, he added some additional functionality to the plugin to solve the minor issue we were experiencing.
