I have had a pleasant experience so far using the service. Also, Prabha has been very helpful putting me through the early stages.
The app is useful especially if you are just starting out. The staff is very quick to assist whenever you have questions.

So far, so good. The app is simple and clean, and does what I need it to do while I am still scaling and figuring out my affiliate program. Customer service was the fastest I've ever experienced, and they seem to know their target audience. Will update once I've used the app for a longer period of time.
