I'm new to the app, but so far I like it. I've been working on putting together a newsletter and it's pretty easy to do. (The one suggestion I do have would be to allow us to add products that are "scheduled" to go live in our store. Right now I have to wait until the go live before I can link them and send the newsletter so I can't schedule it ahead of time). I'm also a little frustrated with the pricing. It wasn't clear that you only get a trial period where it is free and then you have to pay. If I'd known this I'd probably have gone a different route (just because it would have been a cheaper).

i enjoy the automatization features for email marketing and the excellent costumer service. only downside is that is you have a costumer that later registers for newsletter wont receive welcome email.
One of the must haves for a shopify store.

Automizely has been wonderful with all of their apps! They're all easy to use (including this one), and their support is super helpful and friendly. Their "Emails & Popups" app has a lot of great features. I'd definitely recommend it (and all of their apps) to people who are just getting started and don't have a huge budget to spend on these kinds of things.
Sadly never got it working. Their support is all over the place - over the course of a week i had to re- explain the same issue to 5 different members of support. One member would tell me the situation is complex and needs 48 hrs - When I messaged the next day to check the progress to a new support member, I would have to start from the beginning. Repeated this process 5 times.
It is really unfortunate that your issue was not dealt with utmost priority. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users.

Thus far my use of the app has been awesome. It is a one stop shop for many marketing needs. I am new to shopify and this app is easy to use. Also customer service is very responsive and addressed my question/resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes!
Great app! Easy to use and great support, thanks Aditya! I will mention- when making the newsletter popup with an image, the suggested dimensions for your image are way too small and turn out blurry. Just use the original size of the image and you'll be fine :)

Nice app and easy to use. Completely free and thats what a lot of users like and love. I don't like the adress from Automizely in the footer of emails. I understand that there must be a name or something but adress etc is too much and can confuse costumors.
