so far the app has been great, i have been using it for 3 months. I like that customers can give feedback good or not good and it is nice to receive a review. The customer support is very helpful and I am glad i chose this widget.

We use Automizely to collect customer reviews & send abandoned cart emails, this app is so easy to use! We highly recommend it! Customer service is quick and helpful!

The app is free, and they offer great customer service and awesome tech support. As someone who has a CS background, what they are doing is purely outstanding.
