The support is responsive. The app is very simple to use and got the features of the wellknown app. You can correct text without downloading in csv, its very simple and do others things. You dont need too much to understand. Its awesome. Its very simple.

I use this apps for everything. What I like most, which is arguably the most important aspect of any app really, is the customer service. I'm new to shopify and small biz all together so when I have a question it really helps to have people answer promptly so I can get to the next step in website building. And I can honestly say I've never had an issue that wasn't solved by a customer service rep. and they answer right away. its awesome

I am currently using this app and pretty happy with it I hope they will make a seo app too also all of their apps are free which means youre saving a lot of monthly comparing other apps
