Best Customer Support. Helped without a doubt.
Good for syncing products with TikTok which is not possible with the official app. Works really well and is very quick for syncing.
Not very happy. The app advises that I have made sales but in contrast, there are no orders??? I placed a test order and could see that the total sales increased but the orders didn't. I spoke to Shakti (the agent) who wasn't very helpful at all I asked about the disparity and he advised: "it takes some time to get reflected here". Which isn't helpful. I am unsure if I have customers who have paid and the status of their orders. This is potentially a bad reflection on the www.sweetieshoppie.co.uk

I can't rate your apps. My nightmare starts when I install it on my shopify online store. So you can't set up design and only allows two collections.
If you develop your mobile App with this App, you App is not able to Google Play Store or Google Apple Store. The best solution for me maybe to remove it on my store. The support Team delays, they don't answer quickly.
Every time to request email, I am so sorry.
What deception !
App does not properly sync products or the update of the products. When an order comes in from Tiktok it doesn't provide the customer info in shopify. No name, address or email to fulfill the order. I updated photos and information of products in shopify but the update did not reflect in the Tiktok shop. Customer service was kind, but was unable to help. After an hour of waiting while they looked into the issue they stated they will see if the developer can help and will email me in a few days. Meanwhile my Tiktok shop is still active and disarrayed with the ability for customers to place orders for non existent and incorrect products. The issue is costing me sales and I'm also paying for the app that doesn't work.

Downloaded to automatically sync our Tik Tok orders to our Shopify and works well, all issues were answered promptly by the online help as well!
