Really good with handling customer support. Some customers seem angry when they first come on call, but ava seems so solve any issue pretty smoothly. This has defo helped me reduce my chargeback rate and overall improved my brand image. Very impressed.
Honestly insane the insights I've gotten from my customers since installing this, had some questions that I never considered in my own market research. Can honestly say this has helped me improve both my ads and product pages thanks to that, plus, their has been a bit of a lift in cvr just having a phone number option for support.
