I am extremely happy with the Avada Trust Badges app. The app is very comprehensive and includes all the payment and trust badges you need for the Dutch and Belgian markets (such as iDEAL and Bancontact).

But what truly sets this app apart is the fantastic customer service. I was incredibly well-assisted by customer service representative Annie in setting up the badges and styling them with custom CSS to make them look perfect on my webshop. Annie was highly knowledgeable, offered great advice on the best placement for conversion, and responded very quickly.

Thanks to her help, I have given my customers' trust a huge boost.

I'm yet to fully explore everything the app has to offer, but I've played around a bit with the Free Shipping Bar. Had some styling issues but Tiana and the tech team were super helpful and managed to tailor it to my needs. Looking forward to getting stuck into the rest of the features the app has to offer!
