We're currently using this app, and I have to say their customer service and technical support are outstanding. We needed to add some details to our existing invoice template, and they made the changes within just a few hours. Big thanks to Ricky for his excellent support!
We were looking to make a few changes to our invoices and Lydia and Maison were a fantastic help. They made sure that my requests were understood correctly and in the end I received what i exactly wanted. This will help immensely with our online customers as well. Appreciate their attention to detail.
After a lot of going back and forth explaining what we required we arrived at the final invoice template. Staff were very helpful in resolving the various queries promptly.
This should hopefully be the final piece of the puzzle that makes our life so much easier providing customers with their invoice.
This app does exactly what I need. I sell my products to other companies who require me to send them actual invoices and receipts. Shopify does not provide these, so I use Avada for that reason. Their customer support is really great, and have always worked with me to resolve any issues or help me navigate their software, or help me customize my invoices/receipts for my customers. They are very quick in doing so which is also great.
Awesome support. They respond on my request so fast. I am really glad I choose their app.
