Avada AI SEO Image Optimizer

I just want to give a huge thank you to Thomas and Rickey for all their help getting my Shopify store set up with Avada AI SEO.

They were both incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t just tell me what needed to be fixed — they took the time to explain things to me and actually help me understand what I was looking at and why the changes mattered.

I had quite a few questions along the way, and they were always patient and willing to walk me through everything. They made what could have been a pretty frustrating process a whole lot easier.

It’s not often you get this kind of hands-on help and genuinely feel like someone is invested in helping you get things right. Thomas and Rickey really went above and beyond, and I really appreciate all the time they spent helping me with my store.

Thanks again, guys! You’ve been awesome to work with, and I’m really glad I chose Avada. If you’re setting up SEO on Shopify and need some help along the way, I definitely recommend them!

This app is so helpful! It's so true that you don't know what you don't know. Pamela pointed out so many areas for SEO improvement within my site and gave me clear instructions for how to fix them or, even better, review where they fixed it for me. These were things I never even knew existed, so I really appreciate the help and education!

this app is a game changer, has helped me so much. Penelope has been such a great help. Explains things clearly so I don't get confused. This app is helping my website run better and faster and to be shown in google searches.

Outstanding support and great app!

The app is very complete and easy to use for full SEO optimization.
Huge thanks to Thomas and Tobias from the support team! Thomas was incredibly helpful, fast, and guided me step by step through fixing broken links, meta tags, and overall shop score. Highly recommended!

This has been the best app I have found to help increase site speed and SEO. They have an amazing support team that has been helping me every step of the way. I would like to give special thanks to Beeter, the agent that has been helping me with improving my store.

Amazing App and Outstanding Customer Support!

I recently installed Avada AI SEO for Shopify, and I honestly did not expect this level of support from a free app.

Almost immediately after installing it, I connected with a real person via chat who helped me set everything up and, more importantly, took the time to educate me on how the app works.

I first worked with Pamlea, who was extremely helpful and patient. When she had to leave at the end of her shift, she didn't just disappear or leave me hanging. She connected me with another team member, Kaylinn, who picked up right where we left off and continued providing excellent support.

That really impressed me.

I've worked in digital marketing for many years and have used plenty of SEO tools and Shopify apps. Great software is important, but having knowledgeable people available to actually help you understand and configure it makes a huge difference.

And the crazy part? This level of customer support was included with the free service.

Of course, they also offer paid plans with additional features and more advanced technical assistance, but I love that they don't treat free users like second-class customers.

So far, I'm extremely impressed with Avada AI SEO, a great app, excellent onboarding, and genuinely helpful customer service.

Special thanks to Pamlea and Kaylinn for making the setup process so easy. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! The app itself does exactly what it promises for image optimization and SEO, but the support makes it totally worth it. Kaylinn from the Avada team was super helpful and guided me through everything I needed. Thank you, Kaylinn!

Excellent SEO app with outstanding support!

I've had a great experience using Avada SEO to optimize my Shopify store. The app provides useful SEO tools like meta tag optimization, image ALT text generation, schema markup, broken link management, and SEO audits. What impressed me the most was the support team—they responded quickly, helped me configure the app properly, added free AI credits, enabled review structured data, and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend Avada SEO to any Shopify store owner looking to improve their store's SEO and overall performance.
