AVP ‑ Age Verification Popup

Lots of java script error on this app. Some users just cant get in.

Will find another and will uninstall it today.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Age Verification AVP on Shopify was genuinely disappointing. After being a loyal customer for nearly a year, my account was abruptly deactivated when my store ran into issues—without any warning that my age verification functionality had been taken down. Instead of helping me get back up and running, the team told me I'd have to pay more and join a new plan.

I've used plenty of Shopify apps, and I've never had another provider treat me like this. The customer service was especially frustrating: Sophie was rude, unhelpful, and kept repeating that she was just following policy. If that policy is to treat long-time customers like garbage, then mission accomplished.

There are better options out there for age verification—ones that actually value their customers and offer real support. I won't be coming back.

Pop-up isn't working and no one is answering the support chat line. If no help in 4 days the app will be deleted.

UPDATE: No one offered to help me with this app. Said service, sad app, sad company!

Don't waste your time and money on this crap!

gets stuck and will not allow age to be entered. glitchy
