Sam was super quick to fix a big issue we were having right at the time a sale launched! The support on this app has always been top notch and the app itself is very user-friendly.

Been loving using Avis to add more variants to my products. It's been a lot more flexible and easier to use than all the alternatives I've tried (and believe me, I've tried a lot), in particular the swatches were what I was looking for, and with Avis they were nice and easy to set up and simple for a customer to use. I've also been impressed with how well it integrates with the proper Shopify options, as I can have conditional logic to make the Avis options update if needed. And if you get stuck on anything or need support, then the support team also seems really friendly and keen to help - shout out to Anne from Avis Team for being super quick and responsive on the online chat!

Avis Option has lot of features. Some of them might not be able to see at fisrt sight, but the team support offers good alternatives. Just as an example AYLIN, on of the member staff of the support service, recernly helped me to understand a key feature for my store. Other members of the crew has previusly helped me with other key elements, somethings did not worked the way we wanted, but Avis seems to be willing to make their application to works as it should work.

Im so glad i added this option to my store. Now i have unlimited ways to customize my products.

I've tried multiple product options app, and this is by far the best. The support is prompt, and the small issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

Our experience with Avis has gone above and beyond in every regard: applying it to products on our website, for our customer's experience, and providing customer service.

I'm learning more and more about Avis' capacity and started with a few listings to get comfortable with it. By doing so I've continued to expand my view on possible applications to our product lines. When I've come to think "I wish it could...." there usually is a way, and when I contact the Avis team they lead the way!

My client and I are extremely happy with the flexibility and options that come with Avis Product Options, and have been so pleased with the wide range of product customizations that we have been able to achieve ever since implementing it on my client's website. There were a few items that I couldn't quite code correctly to change the tooltip and options colors, and I reached out to support for assistance. Sam was extremely kind and helpful with her assistance and communicated thoroughly throughout the process while her team was looking into the issue, and dev. Jayden was extremely efficient with the solution and had both of my issues corrected within a matter of minutes.

Had some issue with product option not reflecting on both customer order email and staff email. Having a basic plan on Shopify does not allow me to add Avis Team admin to access my page to do the css code for me.
Emily, Lucy and our dev Kiera from Avis Team take their service to an extra mile to contact Shopify admin to allow collaboration admin access to my page. Within short time, got an email, my problem is fix!!!
