The app is super easy to use. The support is outstanding. Jasmine was very quick to respond and help in setting up the option sets. Would recommend this 1000% over any other product option apps. They even helped me migrate the Option sets from my test store to live.

The customer service team is professional and fast response. We met issues with the color design we want is not able to update in our website. After communicated with the agent, we were informed that the issue will be escalating to their technical team. Just in a short while, the developer had solved our issue. Its' really amazing. right now i have tried for three days to contact support but they are always offline and never respond. I understand this app is free, but it almost has 5 stars??? i am trying to get the optional add on price, but of course they want you to contact support to get any additional "free" options. AND my product options are not showing up on my website.

There is a thing that I would like to explain in this situation. The Add Charge feature needs to be activated manually since, depending on the theme, the compatibility between the app and the theme can be different, so when we activate the feature, my dev will also check and make sure that it can work smoothly with your theme.
