Good service! To install everything by my own was a bit too complicated. The team assisted me and installed the dificulties. Also there was a problem with pricing. They also fixed it in one day.

5 stars for the exemplary customer service and ease of app. Am somewhat cautions as I JUST started using, may revisit in a few months and share my experience. First impression - I would recommend for a start-up wholesale. The app is relatively straightforward, the customer service is outstanding, and it is proving to meet my needs.

This was our first time building a B2B Shopify store using the BSS B2B app, and while it was a learning curve at first, the live chat support team made the process so much smoother. Selina and Emma have been incredibly helpful, resolving our issues efficiently and providing excellent support every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend the app enough!

This is a great Wholesale app. The support team is extremely helpful and has solved any issue and answered every question in a timely manner. They are very nice and patient, especially if you are new to the process. Emma was super sweet and helpful. She even offered to check my settings and then gave me some helpful tips to improve our customers' experiences.

Emma in support along with her technical team fixed my form over the weekend and also offered to improve the format to match my web page. She and her team were proactive, fast, and got the job done. Really appreciate excellent support like this as it is hard to find!

App is working great. Definately recommend- support is a big plus for any software user!

Best service of any app I've used so far. They've helped customize several aspects of what we need and the auto-tagging features saved a ridiculous amount of time so we can generate reports based on wholesale vs retail orders instead of Shopify's native reports that don't have enough customization for our setup.

Support team is amazing! The app was a little hard to install on your own if you don't know much about coding, but the team can install everything for you or fix problems with features you turned on. All in all, really great app and support team!

Our store isn't compatible with the app and they weren't willing to help us unless we uninstalled other apps we currently use (we are unable to uninstall those apps). We paid $50 for the app, had it less than 24 hours, and they refused to refund us. We really wanted to work with the development team to make this app work for us, but it is unfortunate they were not willing to issue a refund.
