The B2B Wholesale app from BSS Commerce is the only app which matches all our requirements, no other app allows creating rather complex custom pricing rules for certain customer groups. The support team is awesome! Our contact Emma answered very quickly and always on point. Their technician Minh Tri provided technical assistance in setting up the app and solving a couple of very specific problems in record-breaking time, extremely professionally! We use a custom theme in our shop and he even went the extra mile to adjust the app's styling to match the existing theme. All in all they provided the best support we ever experienced, the communication worked really well. The B2B Wholesale app has a very clean interface and offers a plethora of settings. The killer feature are the custom pricing rules which allow the exclusion of specific customer groups; we did not find any app which comes even close. This app is definitely >THE< one and only B2B app you need. If there are any problems, do not hesitate to contact them - you won't be disappointed!

We have used these two apps to set up our website into a website for my groups of customers, as well as a group-protected B2B Wholesale page where my wholesale clients can create personalized accounts (students, patients, and practitioners) and purchase at the wholesale prices they are accustomed too! - The process was very simple as the help and assistance is impeccable, in my case, June Nguyen was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts when requesting if certain things could be done on the website and she had them created and running as quickly as she can. She has been followed me and my store for about 2 months before we live the store. And I must say the tech team - Hai Pham Dinh, Cuong Nguyen Quoc, Luan Hoang Van, and Cuong Cao Xuan have done an amazing job when they make some changes to the code in my theme so the store and the app can run perfectly with each other. I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. Perfect b2b solution! We migrated from Wordpress to Shopify and this app helped us rebuild our b2b goals on our new website perfectly. Everything is possible and the customer support is outstanding.

Also, I needed some extra customization and there are always very quick to reply and to install these extra requirements without any problem.

I think if only some of their different apps 'b2b/wholesale solution', 'b2b login, lock & hide price' & 'b2b portals/net terms' would be in 1 app, that would be even more convenient!

Special B2B customer registration with extra fields
Registration approval for customer service.
The support for this app is also great, they are in a different timezone, but they come back to me with a solution within 1 day to all of my problems so far.
