The support was excellent. I had to have help during the setup process and Haley was Awesome. She was super friendly ,communitive and very patient the whole time. She assured I had all questions answered and stay online until I was able to test everything to make sure it was working correctly. Kudos to you Haley!!!

The initial setup, which includes having to message their support is a bit off putting, but the app does exactly what I need it to do. Once set up it is easy to use. Very user friendly. I would have taken a star away for having to reach out to support to activate features, but Joanna was so helpful and easy to deal with, it was a breeze.

Super simple integration, the customer service is amazing. Haley was quick and efficient in helping me understand the problem I was having. The features are limited for the free plan, the feature I was hoping to use (locking a specific collection for wholesale) is part of the paid plan which I personally don't need right now, but I would certainly consider it in the future. not work as described, even pro plan is joined, prices are still visible in goggle search and sometimes customer still able to purchase even lock is on, caused big trouble to B2B customers. CS feedback cannot guarentee 100% hidding all the prices. Totally irresponsible.

It gives us full access visibility control, so we can share specific collections and product pages only with selected customers while we test everything before launching publicly.

Even better, the support team is outstanding. They helped us with custom edits for the lock page free of charge and responded super quickly. It feels like they really care about making the app work perfectly for our store.
