Prarthana was wonderful - efficient, knew what she was doing, and solved my problem within minutes.
We have just started using this App and its going great so far! There were one or two glitches but the support team was very responsive and helpful. They got the issue fixed right away and followed up with great customer service. We are very happy so far!

So far this app does everything you need for it to do, but honestly, the support is exceptional. They respond quickly through their built-in chat feature and they have helped solve all our issues immediately. I'm very impressed overall.

It is very easy to set up, and I have not encountered any issues so far. Can setup various pre-order collections, with ease and no heavy thinking or any coding required. It does what you want it to do and where you want it done. Can Highly recommend. The one thing that may be an issue is that you cannot say what it should do when the item count is reached, it keeps it on "continue selling when out of stock" there is no option to say what you want it to revert back to once the count of items is reached. As far as I can see.
We've been trying to find an app that will help us put our personal touch on preorder items, and Stoq just rocked our world. The customer support is also outstanding.
