This review is regarding the Customer Support associate Khuteja who supported me with 3 different aspects for the Preorders function (products wouldn't add, the translations section wouldn't reflect the preorder group, preorders disclaimer wouldn't pull delivery estimate date as per settings). She managed the communication in timely manner, provided solutions and educated me on the app. Highly appreciated!

we've had a few small glitches w the app but the team have been great about quick responses and have fixed everything. I'm not super tech savvy but I can find my way around and make changes as needed. So far this app is doing what we need - creating custom presales for specific products that are not in stock yet.

Shashi was an absolute dream to deal with — incredibly helpful, friendly, and so quick to resolve my issue. Excellent support and quick resolution
We had some issues with how the preorder functionality was displaying on our storefront, and the team was incredibly helpful. Great app - UI genuinely integrates with our theme perfectly, and the CX team, particularly Anaam, are unbelievably responsive and helpful in onboarding and helping tweak the button designs etc if necessary! The result is that it looks like it was made for our Shopify theme. Really pleased! Well done guys!
STOQ is a must have for your store. It not only provides a great feature but it also recovers sales for you and should pay for itself. I've used this for my other store, and it was an immediate install on my new one that I'm starting.

Just going through setup up to switch over from our old pre order app. There's always some things with apps that you need help with or would like to work the way you work which isn't always possible but these guys have been fantastic and super responsive in onboarding and customising the app where possible for our formatting.
