Excellent support and quick resolution

We had some issues with how the preorder functionality was displaying on our storefront, and the team was incredibly helpful. Support responded promptly and worked with me to resolve everything really quickly. It’s rare to find such fast and effective customer service. Highly recommend this app if you’re managing preorders, the team behind it genuinely cares!

Super clean and intuitive app and the customer support experience is second to none. I've never had to wait, to get help from an agent, and they are all super savvy on how to best use their tool. It is rather pricey if you need the standard features but they often have deals that they post.

I had a problem with the Back in stock on my e-shop and Sashi helped me to make it works again and redesigned it, so it can fits perfectly with the design of our website. The contact was very nice, helpful, responsiveness and efficiency, witch is very pleasant.

App works great even on the free version, Khuthejatul from tech support was awesome helping me solve some issues with the layout of the button on my product pages!

Looking forward to upgrading my plan as my store grows!

I have been using this App on Multiple Stores for about 8 months and have been waiting to leave a review until I had fully tested it, and it is better than any Back In stock App I have used before, and I tested a few and this is really miles better. The team also assisted me to customize the look and feel, and helped set a completely custom setup to use for the B2B Trade theme (quick Order Function) The support is 5 star and I really cant say enough about it. I have tested the Pre-Order functionality I really like it, and will be using it for some upcoming product launches this year. One of my favorite apps at the moment, smart, simple and easy to use.
