This app is amazing and exactly what I was looking to add to my website! There was one minor issue on how the app appeared on my site, once installed, and the developers responded to me right away. They fixed the problem and even went so far as to adjust one other minor issue on my website too. Highly recommend this app!

This app is truly a lifesaver and it works PERFECTLY for what I needed. But what's even better is the customer support you get. It works! We decided this was a better route for us than pre-sales while we gauged demand for which configs were most popular. Easy to install and apply to each product, the email widget also integrated nicely with the look and feel of the site. Dashboard and export features work well too. Had a minor issue and support was fast and friendly.

Great costumer support. The apps works great and directly boosted our sales. It's always better to show an option instead of 'selling a no' with a sold out product.

I am still in trial mode but so far the app is easy to use and customize, the developer was helpful in answering questions. I may update this during my upgrade

I decided to install the free version of this app and test it out before subscribing to the Pro version. I ran into a bit of a glitch after installing it and reached out to the Zooomy support team. They responded right away and fixed the issue immediately! I’m so impressed! I’ll definitely upgrade to the Pro version now and will also be adding Wishlist - Wishify app.

I use this app to email my customers of restocks. It has helped save me time of having to email each customer individually. The design of the email change by changed to fit your style! And customer service is the absolute best!

Very user friendly app! I had a minor challenge with customizing the look of the widget on my page, so I reached out to the developer. Like all the other reviews stated, response time was extremely quick!! Very happy with the download and customer service.

UPDATE: Another small detail I needed help with and it was fixed within an hour. Not only was the challenge fixed quickly, but the developer was able to create a special code for my website so I wouldn't run into the challenge again. Another great customer service experience! The App didn't install correctly on my Theme. I contacted support and they got back to me in less than 10 min. They not only installed it for me but also provided me with some custom code to make it work the way I wanted. Very professional and quick service. Great App!

This is so far the best 'back in stock' app we've used. Being able to track which variants are out of stock but send emails when any (new or old) colour is restocked is so helpful for our type of business. Most other apps will only send emails if the exacy variant is restocked exactly (same colour/size). Also so far the support has been amazing, and communication is so prompt.

The app does exactly what it says it does - it looks great and the best part is that when I had tech questions they we’re EXTREMELY responsive and immediately resolved any questions or issues. Highly recommend!

I used this app to help my sales funnel, and capture customers details who were interested in products temporarliy out of stock.

I have just starting using this but so far the CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE. They respond so quickly to emails and don't mind going out of their way to help.

Intial Review after intall - We added the app today.
As we use a standard Shopify Theme the app was very easy to install and configure.
I'm not sure if the app emails in builk manually . . . this could be an issue for us.
