Rewind Backups

Have not had to use it yet but nice to know it's there. Rating is 4 star as not tested. Back-up is essential - would not have a website without it, after all the work to put it together.

We installed this the first day we moved to Shopify. Even though we never had to recover data in 10 years of online business it is nice to know we are protected just in case.

I lost all data Thursday on my website by installing a bad CSV file. I was not warned by Shopify.

The only save was my ink frog link to eBay. I was able to repair images and SKUs but not inventory.

This app is an absolute necessity for all shopify store owners. Protecting and keeping your data safe is a priority for our store. If anything goes wrong, it's great knowing we can rely on rewind to get everything back in an instant.

Easy to install and good value. Regular reporting on what has been backed up. It is an essential app which can be easily overlooked until its too late.
My advice to anyone setting up or who has set up their store - get this app as soon as possible to protect your files and all the time you have invested in your Shopify store both now and for the future..

Great app. Does exactly what it says and is pretty easy and straightforward. Messed up a mass import and was easily able to recover all my products prior to import. Saved me from hours of rework and an angry business partner.

We haven't had to restore from a backup yet, but from what we've seen it looks to have backed up everything we could possibly need! The pricing is also very reasonable for what you get. We lost our entire WordPress website and all data before moving to Shopify, so it's incredibly reassuring that something like Rewind exists.

One word to describe this app: AMAZING.
