We recently had the opportunity to use the Bambuser application, and we must say, we're thoroughly impressed. The technical team is exceptional – they're attentive, supportive, and provide assistance with installation and promptly address any queries. The level of follow-up provided is outstanding.
Moreover, the application itself is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboard is straightforward and offers a plethora of features. During live sessions, customers can seamlessly access the showcased products, navigate to the website, and make purchases effortlessly. The replay option is particularly beneficial as it allows consumers to continue their shopping experience at their convenience.
One of the standout features is the ease of scheduling live sessions and the ability to add them to the calendar for customers. Additionally, the option to simultaneously stream live sessions on Instagram is a game-changer.
