I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. It does what I need it to do and when I've run into issues setting things up, help has been responsive and thorough. But I wish it would still open automatically in a new tab like it used to (and like my other apps do).
Easy to use, very versatile app. Set up was super simple. Pricing is very fair.
I have off-brand printers and labels that are often not found on the US centric label size options so this app has been really great for making my own templates. It supports multiple barcode types like UPC, EAN and CODE39 which was something very important for us as we carry brands from around the world.
The option to add custom text and barcodes is also great as it allows you to have two separate barcodes if you need for example to specify a separate barcode for a master case.
I'm extremely happy with Barcode Man and will be using it for a long time to come.
App Working Good... Customer Service is also helpful
Downloaded the app. I wanted to print labels with a description and barcode which means I had to do the paid level. No problem, it's not expensive. Generated barcodes and created my labels with no problem. I could not get the labels to print in the right direction. I tried manipulating the elements in the labels and the preferences on my printer. Contacted customer service, explained my difficulties and sent them a picture of my problem as requested. The next morning, I received an email containing a pdf that they created. Asked me to print it and send a picture of the result. Same result as before. Sent picture. Two days later and I've still not heard anything back from them. Uninstalling and finding an app that works with Customer Service I can chat with.
This application was very useful before the last update. Before the update, the list of products was in order of creation; since this update, the products are in alphabetical order. That a big issue for our business.
