BestChat: Live Chat & Chatbot

We are a startup company from China, and our target market is in the Middle East. Using this software has been incredibly helpful for our business.

However, I noticed that Arabic is not currently available as a language option, and I hope this can be improved in future updates.

Aside from that, everything else is very user-friendly, and we really enjoy using it.

I love that it can recommend products from my website accurately.

this is an amazing app to add to your web design. Im not sure all it could do, but with the free plan its already impressing me a lot. highly recommended

This app's a proper gem! The AI bot is a whizz – super helpful and easy to chat with. And if you need a bit more help, the support team are top-notch and always happy to lend a hand.

I've been testing this and training it for about 24-hours and I have to say that I am blown away by how good this is. I've been looking for something like this for a while. The ability to train it using natural language (like you would train a human) is amazing.

so far so good took a while to find something like this. product recommendations can be a bit off but other than that im happy.

Easy to drop in and reply to people. However, the AI can be EXTREMELY slow

This app seemed to be great at the beginning when i was setting up, but i dont receive any notifications when folks are on the site. The multilanguage ability also has glitches that dont allow me to properly transalte some english to french. Seemd promising at first though

Wow. I cannot believe this! My AI assistant is awesome and responds to questions accurately about my store even before training. I'm grateful and super impressed.
