despite constant issues with their products, the customer support is uninterested and unwilling to help or solve the ongoing issues. they simply pretend that they cannot SEE the problem.

You know that we showed you screenshots showing our tools working on your website. We also explained multiple times that our email capture tools will NOT display again if you enter your email - to avoid annoying your customers.
You blocked us after contacting our customer support this last time. We were always willing to support you.
I noticed the last time you contacted our customer support, NONE of your tools were turned ON - that might be the problem, but unfortunately you blocked us before we could reply to you. We wish you the best with your online business.
This app is so easy to use and since I added it to our site, has increased email sign ups and contact form submissions exponentially.
And even when I did get myself into a bit of mess (user error!) the support team was AMAZING.

Easy to set up and working as described
Easy Contact Form is fantastic! My website had been around for a long time and has quite a large base of new customers as well as returning customer but since using this little lightbox have had a major increase in contact us forms inquiries. I'd say about 80% of which have turned into conversions (off course you have to have great customer service as well). The best part about it, it is FREE! Also I have had many customers complementing the form, saying it makes the site look very professional and trustworthy.
