Pial was my instructor for this app and he was FABULOUS!!!! He gave very thorough and clear explanations on how everything works and he was also extremely professional!!! Looking forward to working with him again!!! The FAQs for BetterDocs are what works best for my business. Will be implementing that ASAP!! Great app!!

We used BetterDocs in WordPress and transfer shop to shopify.
We didn't know how to transfer existing FAQ to shopify. We raised question to support and support team is responsive and very kind.

BetterDocs is the only app on Shopify that allows you to build a truly robust knowledge system. You could use alternatives like chatbots and sequential systems, but the fact is, most customers would rather just search a traditional index. That's what this is.
