This app helped us get around a lot of really challenging reporting issues in Shopify. We use Edit Order and this app helps filter out cancellation and adjustment orders relatively easily. Clement is super responsive and helpful for set up and making any custom reports! The only downside is the hefty price tag for users with the advanced plan. It's definitely an incredible app but you pay for it.
Support staff is very helpful generating a report, which is necessary because the app could be a little bit more user friendly. Once your report is generated, you can keep reusing it.
I think this app has potential.. However, we found it to be difficult to figure out. I couldn't find adequate support online and I didn't have time to email support with questions. I'm cancelling it.
I tried a different (cheaper) App prior to Better Reports but did not like the results. I started using Better Reports this morning and LOVE it. I created a few custom reports and the support team helped me tweak some of the parameters. They answered my email request in just a few minutes. They are currently working on an End of Day (Z Out) report for me since Shopify does not provide one. I am very happy with how easy it is to make reports and the quickness of their customer support response time.
Way too expensive! $39/month for us just to use it occasionally (maybe 1 a month at most) it makes it not worth keeping. Too bad because we liked the reports.
Very useful BUT. When I set two days it starts to behave in a weird way and put - 1 next to product quantity for items.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean but your report might be misconfigured. Negative quantities can be expected in the case of refunds or negative quantity on hand (if you enabled overselling for your products).

This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need.
The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me.
Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!

I wanted a very specific report calculating the total gallons of perfumer's alcohol each customer has bought, so I could stop manually tracking this (there's a legal limit to how many gallons a person can buy per year without a permit).
It was a challenging problem, because we sell multiple sizes of alcohol, so the ounces have to be calculated and then converted to gallons.
They got it done in two hours. TWO HOURS.
Other places, I might not have even heard back that the ticket had been started by then. But not here!
