Better Reports team are helpful and supportive, helping you build constructive reports and effective supports for workflow. The structuring is pretty complex for a new comer so I do suggest using support in the short term while you get the hang of it. Dustin.

The support team's amazing. They tried to help me out with creating a way too specific report with all the data I needed.

Quick Response from their Customer Care Team and can pretty much create any report you may need if Shopify lets them have the API! I find using Better Reports very easy!
