Update 9/24/21: I still use Better Reports daily! Really useful, thanks so much for this awesome app. Original review 8/13/20: Awesome customer service - they helped me get up and running with a custom report that I needed right away, but I wanted to use the app for a bit before leaving a review. I have one report that I've scheduled to arrive in my and my employees' inboxes every morning, which is super helpful to us. I've had no issues with the reliability of it. For creating and tweaking reports, it's very intuitive if you're familiar with PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI, that kind of thing. And if not, their support team can help out however you need, I'm sure. Really happy with this app! It makes it easy to pull exactly the data that I want from my shop. Thanks!!

I have been super pleased with this app- I LOVE how I can customize it to meet all my needs, and the customer service team is extremely responsive and friendly. I use this app for tracking sales, taxes, refunds, discounts, and fees through shopify. My husband uses it to track inventory sales trends, for reordering products, and for various inventory management tasks. It's an amazing app, I highly recommend.

This app provides us much better reporting on all aspects of our store. And the ability to easily modify reports is huge. I've also requested several custom reports that they created for me....response was incredibly fast and they were very easy to work with. Should really be called Best Reports. Has everything you could possibly need, new features and variables are added frequently, and for everything else the SUPPORT is so responsive and helpful.
