Better Reports

We have used Better Reports since we launched our stores on Shopify 2+ years ago. Initially we were testing with another Reporting app, but it was too limiting in the number of users and reports, not to mention functionality. We're so glad we found this app!

Customer Service has been superb. They're always responsive to any inquiry. Recently Kritesh went above and beyond to create a custom field for us in order to address a Shopify shortcoming.

I have been searching for the means to create analyses that will allow for extremely precise reports to be generated, and only when specific parameters are met. Better Reports turns what is a good POS system from Shopify into a GREAT POS system. Without it we would not have access to the kind of detailed reports that we need to run our retail business. The support is also second to none!

This app has been immensely helpful in calculating taxes as well as keeping track of year end stock.
