Better Reports

It can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but their tech support team was great at helping me build out reports. There is a lot you can do with this small tool!

This app and its support team are both extremely helpful. It's completely changed the way we pull reports and look at data! The support team responds almost immediately and has never failed to complete a request. They've done everything from building entire reports to creating custom fields to allow us to pull more accurate reports.

Better Reports has exceeded my expectations. It has a ton of built in variables to use, and can use custom tags on customers or orders. And, in the few instances where I needed help creating a report, or adding custom variables, the team has been incredibly responsive - often same day, and definitely within 24 hours.

Best reports app out there.
first, you can schedule report, which save lots of time. i need the same reports every week, so i have created them in 'better report' and i schedule to get them on a weekly basis.
second, great support, always received an answer quickly (often in less than an hour) and their team created new element i needed when they were not there. so flexible and efficient.

This app has made running reports a breeze. I spent hours trying to create a custom report and was unable to do so. I emailed customer service and received a response with a link for the report I needed the following day. A+ service.
