BR ‑ Better Reports

The Better Reports team is great! Any time there is a report we need that Shopify can't create, we can message the Better Reports team and they can help build the report for us. The always get back to us quickly too. Tons of great functionality / report features in the app!

It’s allowed us to create detailed, customised reporting that simply isn’t possible within Shopify Analytics. Highly recommend, both for the quality of the reports and for the outstanding support team behind them.

I have used this app for over 2 years. I asked for help when we got it to get the reports formatted the way that Finance has been used to with our previous system. Within a day, we had the reports set up the way we needed. If i have a question or the reports need adjustment, I can reach out for help and get solutions within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this app and it's developers because the information they provide is quick and easier than trying to do it ourselves by trying to get the information from Shopify.
