Although the app did not fit our requirements in terms of referral marketing, it is very well suited for affiliate marketing. Very easy onboarding, good dashboard and analytics, customizable payout options, etc.

I did a big research before ending up to use BixGrow. All the other affiliate apps i found either were not user friendly or too expensive to run. Bix is easy to configure, very intuitive with great UI UX and the price is fair. The customer service is amazing since my inquiries were answered instantly. I would recommend this app to anyone.

I don't know how good the app is, but even if it is good, it would be overshadowed by the horrible support. I am new to affiliate marketing and the app. As I am going through the settings and asking support how their app knows when the affiliate shares just our website URL, the answer from support was "of course we know", then I went on asking what if the affiliate shares the URL over the phone... support did not even try to explain what the affiliate should share verbally and so on. Still, the response was "the affiliate should know..."I recommend trying out this app ReferrLy Affiliate Marketing, this has custom domain, and everything esle for $15. There are also other apps that support can explain via zoom.

My experience with Quinn at BixGrow's customer support has been really good, speedy responses and knowledgeable help in fixing any issues we've had.
